Commitment to Quality
Shadow's Edge Miniatures is committed to providing the best quality products possible. All of SEM's Self-Adhesive Tufts are inspected by hand before they are packed and shipped off to the customer. Our Self-Adhesive tufts use a premium adhesive and very rarely, if ever, require additional glue. If at any point a tuft does not stick, won't come off the sheet, or has any issues, please contact us.
All of our Resin Bases are to be bubble free on the edges and details of the base. There will be bubbles on the underside, but they should never be in a place to be seen. You should not need any tools besides dish soap and a hobby knife to use our bases.
